I like all the options in one steamer. It works good for everything I need it to and you can fill the water compartment right away without worrying about getting splattered with hot steam. Good product overall!

This is a wonderful product. My kitchen floor is always clean now. I have 6 sets of sliding glass doors and the squeege window cleaner is absolutely effective at keeping them clean and streak free, it is so easy. I could not live without all the gadgets, they work so well. It took down all my wallpaper within minutes too. Just be careful of the water tank. There is no filter when you put the water in if particles get in (like wallpaper glue) it will clog it and break. So just be careful. It steams clothes and material in seconds too, on low.
Great product I cannot live without it.

Works very well. Will not replace your wet mop, soaps, surfactants, and heavy cleaning supplies. . . But is a good maintenance cleaner, and does some things better and quicker in many situations. Please note, anyone who expects that this machine will do miracles, try a priest. The infomercial garbage about a home steamer removing serious oven grime is pure nonsense. Real live steam from a commercial boiler is invisible and will slice through your arm like butter. . . This gadget ain’t that, but like I said it works well.
4 Stars Alright, but could do a little better.
The steam mop heats up really fast but the problem I have is that the pads don’t fit very well and really don’t absorb the steam even at the low setting. The pad design is not well thought out. I would not dare put it on my hardwood floor as even at the lowest setting, it really lays down too much water for the pads to absorb. I did do a work around and replace the pad with a microfiber cloth cut to fit and that seemed to work alot better than the pads that were provided with the mop. It is a light product and that is a plus. I appreciate the steam clean aspect but for the money would have hoped for a bit more reliable pad feature. Maybe next generation disign. The cord storage feature leaves a bit to be desired also.
4 Stars Really good . . . but . . . .
I’ve been wanting, researching steam mops forever and after much toiling, debating, and review reading I finally decided this was probably a good choice (the handheld feature won out over the Bissell). Putting it together was “relatively” simple except it was not intuitive enough to “figure out” and I had to read and re-read the directions to get it. Once I did though, in hindsight it wasn’t bad. I immediately cranked it up to use on my ceramic tile. It took it a while to get the steam going, so much so that I thought it was defective. I soon learned that that was only upon the initial use. Since that first use, it heats up VERY quickly. It mopped my sunroom ceramic tile beautifully, it was easy to maneuver and dried quickly no steaks. I moved on to my bathroom tile (using the same mop pad and same tank of water). I soon noticed an excessive amount of water being left behind. Like ALOT! Then it hit me! If you expose fabric to constant steam EVENTUALLY that fabric will become saturated thus leaving water on the floor much like a towel that needs to be wrung out. There’s no more absorbancy left in the fabric. I touched the pad and it was SOAKED and I had not yet gone through the initial tank of water. With that said, the included pads are not very thick so not absorbant enough to hold a whole tank of water, but are perfect to small jobs. With a new pad, I used it on my hardwood floors and again it was great as long as I changed/wrung out the pads once it got too wet (a little annoying) but its still way better than using a Swiffer Wet. I purchased the Bissell replacement pads (as other have recommended)and I hope they perform better. All in all I’m very happy with my mop and would recommend it to others. I have not used the hand steamer yet but the mop is what mattered most to me . . . . the handheld feature was a bonus!
