1 Star Don’t waste your time or money
The mop arrived with the head broken off from the shaft – very poor packaging – should have been shipped with the mop head removed from the shaft. I returned the mop immediately, using Amazon’s prepaid shipping label, and indicating the reason for return was that it was broken beyond repair when it arrived. However my account was only credited with the difference between the mop cost and the shipping cost, and they said the reason for return was that it arrived late, which was totally false. So I called Amazon Customer Service (reached them in India — boo!!!) and complained that shipping should have been reimbursed because the breakage was a result of their poor packaging, and was not my fault. The guy agreed to reimburse me for the remainder of my purchase cost, and that was done quickly. But, all things considered, I would advise anybody not to waste their time or money.

This mop is great! It loosens the “dirt” and picks it up without smearing. It is sturdy and well made.
1 Star Disappointment
This mop was poorly wrapped in a flimsy, flattened cardboard box, causing the aluminum handle to break during transit. Of course, I had to return it, even though it is what I really wanted. I only received credit for the mop and not the shipping, which I don’t believe is right. It wasn’t my fault that it was broken!
