I have bought this cleaner several times and I really like it for the carpet and it cleans my colored grout too. I have never had a problem with Amazon replacing anything that there was a problem with. If there is a problem you have to let them know as they can not ready our minds, orrrrrrrrr can they???? 
They are more than fair and bend over backward to make the customer happy. mew
