worked great the first time used, went to use it next day and where the charger plugs into the vacuum broke off and no suction. Very disappointed

5 Stars Nice product
This is a nice product. Works well to pick up wet and dry debris with good suction. The only annoyance is a general problem with wet/dry vacs: after vacuuming up something wet, anything dry tends to stick in the collection bin. But its very handy for small messes when you don’t feel like dragging out the big vacuum.

Comes with a decent wall mount. I just wish it had a place for the attachments.

Overall, a good product at a good value.

After reading the reviews I was excited to receive this vacuum and was not disappointed. Suction is good for this type of vacuum and the battery holds a charge well allowing time to clean a large area. The wall holder is a slick design but (there had to be a but) it would have been better if they had designed in holders for the accessories. Also found the filter had to be cleaned a couple but it’s so easy it’s hardly worth mentioning. Overall I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

3 Stars not enough power
I was disappointed in the sucking action of this handheld vacuum. IT is easy to operate and to dump the contents but didn’t do the job I had hoped for.

3 Stars Spend a little more for something better
This vacuum is not very powerful. I have to go over and over every mess, changing the angle of the vacuum repeatedly, to pick up everything. Also, the vacuum is more trouble to open than it should be. The filter should click onto the vacuum rather than into the collection bucket so that you can pop off the bucket and empty it without setting down the vacuum. As it is, you have to take off the bucket, set down the vacuum, take the filter out of the bucket and then vigorously shake both the filter and the bucket. Overall, the vacuum takes as long to use as my full-size vacuum. Finally, the plastic seems cheap and fits together poorly, especially where the bucket attaches to the vacuum. I wouldn’t be surprised if it cracks or breaks before long.

5 Stars Janitor of 6 years, loves this
Hi, Ive been a Janitor for 6 years, last December one of my employers got this vacuum. it took a short while to get use to the ball format, but once that happened, I fell in love with it, its light (which helps when moving across the road to the other campus) its versatile, easily converts for getting corners and spider webs on the wall. also it “lays down” with a spare set of wheels, that allow you to go under tables without having to hold the weight up. also the ball format allows maneuvering under chairs, around corners, and is pretty much amazing. when I have to use old vacuums I am amazed at how heavy they are, and how hard it is to maneuver around corners and such. I suggest this vacuum to everyone I talk to (I even pull them off the shelves at Target to show people who are looking at them how well they work… and I’m not even a target employee!) best vacuum Ive EVER USED! if you need a great vacuum look no further. this is AMAZING!

3 Stars Not as good as I expected
I previously owned the other Animal Vacuum. It was an amazing vacuum. Never had any issues with suction power. This vacuum’s suction was not as good as the animal vacuum. The hose suction power worked great! We do have two big dogs that shed (lab & husky) If you need a decent vacuum for normal chores (in a smaller space) this would be a perfect vacuum. If you have kids or pets I would recommend just paying the extra for the stronger vacuum!

4 Stars Light weight model
I purchased this vacuum for my mother. At first she complained that it was very light weight. Then after she hurt her back, she was thrilled it was so light weight. It does a good job on picking up dust and hair. It seems to work equally well on carpet and tile. However, the dust container does have to be emptied many times more often that the larger, heavier models.

3 Stars Still Wondering…
Anyone who owns this vacuum knows that you must carry around a penny or some other device to undo the roller when you suck up something it doesnt like… aka a bed skirt that is hanging too low. or the tassles on a floor rug. these are all things that with a regular vacuum you just pull out and keep going.. not with this one! I love the vacuum and think it works great.. when the rollers are working! To get the rollers back on you have to unplug the unit, tip the unit over, put the penny in the slot and unlock the roller, then take the roller out and then put it back in and repeat all the steps backwards. its a crazy mess and when its all said and done i am happy that we got this vacuum but i dont think its the best vacuum for your money. i also have to get an extension cord when i vacuum so i dont have to unplug it every time i move to another room.

I cannot say enough about this product! I have numerous environmental allergies, a cat and an apartment with older carpeting. This vacuum picks up absolutely everything, has tools that make it easy for me to clean furniture and hard-to-reach places and makes my carpeting look a lot

newer and fresher than it is.

I also love that it is lightweight, easily maneuverable and is able to be compacted down to a size that makes it easily storable…a definite plus for an apartment dweller with limited storage! I would recommend it to anyone and willl remain a loyal customer. I never thougth I would rave about a household appliance as they are necessities and not passions for me, but I love this one!

5 Stars Almost unnoticeable
This HEPA filter is like the one some of us have in our cars. It is so well hidden and does its job so inconspicuously, that we forget it is there.

The filter is important. It helps your vacuum to breathe. It also keeps the air coming from your vacuum to remain clean and free of dust/dirt/pollen/hair etc.

Change your filter ever couple months. These are great filters to use; they are specifically made for your vacuum cleaner.

These filters can easily be forgotten. But for maximum efficiency they should be changed often. The book says every two months but that will vary with usage. Excellent price and very fast shipping. Order a couple of them to stock up on.

This cleaner is for an air-cleaner, not a humidifyer although it was listed as something that should be purchased with an order for a humidifyer filter.

5 Stars cleaner
This is a bottle of citric acid (the stuff that makes lemons sour) with a wetting agent that helps dissolve the minerals (scale, calcium carbonate) that deposit on the evaporator (the moving white plastic finned drum) of the AIRWASHER. Simply fill the bottom housing with fresh water, pour the entire contents (8 oz), turn to low setting; after 2 hours, dump out the water that now has loosened scale, wipe any remaining scale and don’t forget to get the stuff on the bottom of the fan. No smell like the vinegar I used to use. Not harsh like “lime-away” bathroom cleaners. Our local water is hard and during the summer, molds (black and red) can bloom.
